But wait! There’s a twist in the plot. When you’re sending your item back, make sure it’s all dolled up in its original packing. Why? 'Cause it loves to travel in style, of course!

Once we get your mail, we'll get our carrier pigeons ready (not actual pigeons, silly!) and they’ll swoop in for a reverse pickup within 4-5 working days from your request. After that? It's money-back time! Expect your funds back through your original payment mode within 7 business days.
