Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the location of shipping and delivery. Ambiyaa reserves the right to charge any additional tax or other duties that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes. Additional Shipping charges may apply. Our catalogue is priced in Indian Rupee.

Payment

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible in respect of any loss or damage that may happen to you, arising directly or indirectly, including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

Ambiyaa may employ Paypal, RazorPay or related third party services for facilitating payments on the website. Such payments can be made electronically or through other mediums, which can be approved on the sole discretion of Ambiyaa only. Delivery

Ambiyaa aims to deliver its products in the stipulated time period. Yet even if due to some circumstances including but not limited to, delays in custom clearances, we are unable to deliver the goods at the stipulated time, the order cannot be revoked.

For purposes of delivery, Ambiyaa may employ the services of third parties like FedEx or other related services. The terms of delivery will be according to the terms and conditions of these third party services.

Force Majeure

You agree to not raise any claim against Ambiyaa, on the basis of our failure to perform our services, to the extent that such failures arose from an event of Force Majeure. Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, epidemic or any event of any nature whatsoever, which is beyond the control of Ambiyaa that hinders Ambiyaa from commencing or proceeding with the completion of the transaction. You expressly agree that the lack of funds shall not be considered an event of Force Majeure.

Dispute Resolution

The agreement and the legal relations between the user and Ambiyaa is determined by the Laws of India. If any dispute arises between the user and Ambiyaa, including but not limited to, breach of the terms and conditions policy, the dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore. The user agrees to abide by the decisions made by such courts.
